Wobble plate arrangement comprises a housing (1) filled with a coolant, a rotary shaft (2) extending through the housing, a wobble plate (3) directly or indirectly mounted on the rotary shaft via a connecting part so that it extends slanted relative to the shaft, a plunger (5) and shoes (4) arranged between the plate and the plunger. The coolant is compressed and expanded in the housing. The plate comprises a metal substrate and a lubricant coating made from a fluorinated resin, heat-resistant artificial resin and a metal oxide powder. The coating is in a sliding contact with the shoes. Preferred Features: The lubricant coating consists of 100 weight parts fluorinated resin, 100-150 weight parts heat-resistant artificial resin and 5-20 weight parts metal oxide powder. The metal oxide powder is an iron oxide powder. A porous intermediate layer is arranged between the metal substrate and the lubricant coating.
