The panel has an absorber (1) to absorb the heat radiation of the sun with an absorption surface that is aligned with respect to the sun, where the surface transfers a flowing liquid e.g. water. The absorption surface has an undulatedly designed metallic plate (2) that is connected with the absorber at the contact lines (4). The absorber is inserted together with the metallic plate into a casing that is covered with a glass plate (5). The space between the plate (2) and a base of the casing is filled with granulated materials (12) with small heat conductivity.
