The unit has angle and time counters (31, 34), respectively, executing a counting operation to output angle and time count values. Angle and time comparison match registers (32, 35) preset two reference values, which are compared with the angle and time count values, respectively. Two comparators (33, 36), respectively, compare the angle and time count values with the reference values. The signal output unit inverts a specific level of an output signal, where the output signal of the inverted level outputs outwards, when the two comparators output comparison match signals. An independent claim is also included for an electronic control module comprising a signal output unit and a controller.
