Steam cooking device for kitchen, has muffle with discharge opening for expelled moisture flow that discharges from cooking space, and C-shaped plate provided with condensation surface which is impinged by expelled moisture flow
The cooking device (1) has a muffle (2) that borders a cooking chamber and including a discharge opening (3) for expelled moisture flow that discharges from the cooking chamber. A C-shaped plate is provided with a condensation surface (6) which is impinged by the expelled moisture flow. The condensation surface is curved in the flow direction of the expelled moisture flow. The plate is arranged in a cooling channel at the upper side of the muffle.
