Locking cylinder has autonmous sets, each made up of concentric rings (8) which are joined to each other allowing free rotation between stator (1) and rotor (2). They are able to adopt a position 1 rotably attached to the rotor and a position 0 actuated with the stator and which allows an opening rotation in the rotor's clockwise sense. The concentric rings are able to leave these positions using a code protection key (9) and all to be connected to the rotation of the rotor and together carry out anti-clockwise rotation (25). They rotate in the opposite direction to open until reaching the end position of the rotor's rotation, in which all concentric rings are moved from the occupied rotational position into the same starting position in which all are connected to the stator.
