The device has a display facility with a resolution of predetermined pixels and five keys and a 5-way navigation key. The display is operated using a pencil, and an input of the device is transmitted to a video projector via an interface. The projector projects a sequence of a game and tactics on a screen, and a visual input to individual situation is stored in a game data base. Notes about game activity and certain game sequences are provided, when the game is in progress. The device has a width of 10 centimeters, height of 20 cm, a depth of 3 cm and a maximum weight 1000 grams.
