Benzylsulfonyl-substituted amidinobenzylamine derivatives (I) and their salts with acids are new. Benzylsulfonyl-substituted amidinobenzylamine derivatives of formula (I) and their salts with acids are new. n : 2 or 3; R : -(CH 2) m-NHY; m : 1-5; Y : hydrogen or amidino; X 1-X 5each : hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, nitro, amino, hydroxy, alkyl or alkoxy. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) tube for taking a blood sample that contains (I); (2) apheresis tube/bottle system in which the collecting bottle contains (I); (3) thrombocyte concentrate, present in a sterile collection bottle for infusion, that contains (I); and (4) kit for measuring thrombocyte function containing at least one (I) and a thrombocyte activator.
