Producing a modified polyolefin resin involves melt-kneading of polyolefin resin (a) (100 parts by weight (pbw), at least two kinds of non-aromatic double-bond-containing monomer (b) (0.1 - 20 pbw) and organic peroxide (c) (0.01 - 20 pbw). At least one member of the at least two kinds of (b) is a non-aromatic double-bond-containing monomer having at least one kind of functional group selected from amino, hydroxyl and mercapto or derivative of monomer (b1). Producing a modified polyolefin resin involves melt-kneading of polyolefin resin (a) (100 parts by weight (pbw), at least two kinds of non-aromatic double-bond-containing monomer (b) (0.1 - 20 pbw) and organic peroxide (c) (0.01 - 20 pbw). At least one member of the at least two kinds of nonaromatic double-bond-containing monomer (b) is a non-aromatic double-bond-containing monomer having at least one kind of functional group selected from the amino group, hydroxyl group and mercapto group or a derivative of the monomer (b1), and other at least one member is a non-aromatic double-bond-containing monomer having at least one kind of functional group selected from carboxyl group, acid anhydride group, epoxy group and isocyanate group or a derivative of the monomer (b2).
