The printed circuit board assembly (10) comprises main signal lines (40a,40b) formed on a substrate (20) to transmit the signal. A pad (31) is interposed between interposed between a surface mounted device (SMD) (30) and the substrate. The SMD comprises an alternating current (AC) coupling capacitor. The sub signal lines (50a,50b) provided on the substrate have width different from the width of the main signal lines for electrically connecting the main signal lines with the pad. An independent claim is included for method of manufacturing for printed circuit board assembly.
