The sensor has fixed electrodes (31-34) arranged opposite to a mass (13). Detection units detect a change in electrostatic capacity of an electrostatic capacitance unit, which has the mass and the fixed electrodes. Two-axle detection circuits detect movement of the mass around x-axis and y-axis.
