The fiber-reinforced matrix has glass fibers (115) and carbon fibers (125), which are embedded in the same matrix material (105). The glass fiber and the carbon fibers are arranged in by glass fibers and carbon fibers in alternative positions. The glass fiber and the carbon fibers are provided in the form of non-woven material, fabric and roving. The matrix material is selected from a group comprising epoxy resin, novolak epoxy resins, polyesters, polyimide, phenolic resins and bismaleimide.
