The compression wave affects a binding effect of the gaseous components and the liquid matter, e.g. oil, and/or solid matter, e.g. metal, in different ways such that the gaseous components escape geodetically upward and the liquid and/or the solid matters to be separated is fed to a separator unit (7), e.g. filter fleece.
