The casing has a flexible tube (1) which is twistable and self-erected, and two ends where the tube is inserted into a tear gland. One of the ends has a decreasing wall thickness to form a taper, and slots are designed opposite to each other at one of the ends. The flexible tube is formed from a transparent material or semitransparent material, and a marking is provided at one of the ends. A handle (7a) is designed at one of the ends.
