The alarm (7) has a smoke detector (9) that is upstream of a smoke-permeable dust protection filter, which is designed as a magnet filter (8). The magnet filter has a chamber that includes a supply and a drain, where fluid that is to be filtered flows through the supply and the drain of the chamber. An electromagnet is arranged at the supply of the chamber and has magnetic field that is directed in the flow of the fluid.
