The anti-slip mat as pad for holding coils and paper rolls on stationary storage spaces, comprises a single-layered textile substrate surface in the form of a felt material (102), and a polymer melt-adhesive (103) as hot melt (104) applied on both sides of the felt material surface in area-wise manner and forming a connection- or adhesion zone (D, D'). The portion of the felt material is 70- 95% of the mat weight and/or the portion of the polymer applied on the felt is 5-30% of the mat weight. Latex, synthetic resin and acrylic resin are used as the polymer-hot melt. The anti-slip mat as pad for holding coils and paper rolls on stationary storage spaces, comprises a single-layered textile substrate surface in the form of a felt material (102), and a polymer melt-adhesive (103) as hot melt (104) applied on both sides of the felt material surface in area-wise manner and forming a connection- or adhesion zone (D, D'). The portion of the felt material is 70- 95% of the mat weight and/or the portion of the polymer applied on the felt is 5-30% of the mat weight. The felt material is manufactured by impregnating, spraying, foaming, befogging, rolling or such manufacturing process and is dried after the treatment with the polymer hot-melt. Latex, synthetic resin and acrylic resin are used as the polymer-hot melt. The felt material consists of natural fiber and 80-99% of synthetic recycling fibers. The felt material exhibits a mass of 300-600 g/m2 and is added to the polymer-hot melt with a mass of 10-200 g/m2. The felt material in the area of the zone permeated by the polymer, exhibits an upper-lateral profiling in the form of naps or strips (105).
