The device has a high pressure injection nozzle (2) emitting an injection medium e.g. cement, into a building ground to be reinforced. A blocking unit (9) e.g. check valve, releases a compressed air flow to the building ground in a direction to prevent a reverse flow of the injection medium in a reverse direction. A propeller (3) coaxially surrounds the high pressure injection nozzle, and an annular passage (6) is formed between an outer casing surface of the high pressure injection nozzle and an inner casing surface of the propeller.
