The device has a filling body arranged on a rotor, and a rinsing cap (4) pivotable around an axis lying parallel to a middle axis of the filling body. The rinsing cap is conveyed between a cleaning position, in which the cap is pressed at the filling body, and a stand-by position, in which the cap is laterally moved and lifted from the filling body. Each rinsing cap is connected with an actuator (6) arranged on the rotor, where the actuator comprises a separate oscillating motor and a separate lifting motor.
