The clock (1) has a time measuring device that is arranged in an inner side of a housing (2), and an operating key (3) arranged at the upper side of the housing. Two digital displays (4, 5) are provided, in which one display continuously displays an actual time measurement value, and the other display displays an initialized time value. The measuring device activates the time measurement based on the initialized time value during each fresh activation of the operating key. An alarm transmitter is connected with the time measuring device.
