Mounting element has the first housing part (16) designed as a mounting bush arranged in the interior of the screw sleeve (24) which is fixed with the upper edges in a peripheral edge of an opening of a base casing and with a lower edge at the inner side of a peripheral edge of the screw sleeve. The screw sleeve with pressure element is fixed inside the base casing. Mounting element has the second housing part designed as a pressure element which has a pusher coming from a carrier plate. An opening with internal threads is inserted in the carrier plate in which the fastening screw designed as screw sleeve is pivotably arranged.
