The toothbrush having an integrated tooth-paste, has a container provided inside a grasp, in which the tooth-paste is kept. A thread (6) is provided at the container wall having a plate (2) which can be screwed forward. The plate, connected with a thread piston (3) allows a nut (4) to be turned from the outside and be screwed. The tooth-paste in the container can be pressed by a hose (5) on the brush (7). The thread piston is as long as the container.
