The anchor plate has hook-section bends at two opposite edges, the hooked section forming an angle of 30%. In the hooked edges and in the straight section of the plate, there are slotted penetrations. The plates carry loads, when hooked between two parallel reinforcing mats made from round steel rods. The slots permit the mats to be hooked at the steel rod crossing points, by the anchor plate, which is made of non-rusting material, e.g. stainless steel or plastic.
