The device has a clamping device (7) to mechanically create a frictional connection of a body, tube (6) or bar with a vertical line (11) at an upper part of the holding device. The bar or tube abut in vertical alignment at two vertical lines at the holding device. The holding device is implemented as inclined surface at an end of the bar or tube that are turned to a base of the holding device, and is immovable or movable.
