The changer has two swivel arms (3) for performing pivoting for gear changing of kinematics, where parallel swivel axes of the swivel arms at one end have a same distance (2) to each other as the parallel axes at another end. The length ratios of the arms and the distance of the swivel axes at the ends are selected in such a manner that an angular movement of a chain guide unit (4) equalizes only a part of a slip angle of a chain (5).
