The appliance has a housing surrounding an inner space, and including fixed outer and inner walls and a gap defined by the walls. A condense water discharge pipe (4) extends through the gap, and a connection spigot (1) projecting into the gap is formed in the inner wall. An end of the pipe is form-fit and/or frictionally held at the spigot in a liquid-tight manner. The pipe is formed as corrugated hose and has sections of different flexibility.
