The cartridge ink filler includes a pin (1) and an ink cartridge (2). The ink cartridge has a cartridge housing (21) whose front connection area (211) is attached to the rear connection area of the housing (11) of the pin. The ink cartridge also has a steel ball (23) that is moved or rolled by the pressure pin (121) of the automatic ink controller (12) included in the pin for discharging a quantity of stored ink to the transmission core (13) and brush (15) provided in the pin. The brush is fastened to a support device (14) which is connected to the front end of the automatic ink controller.
