Automatic goal keeper for football game has cut out figure on servo driven supports and with 3D imaging system

An automatic goal keeper, especially for a football or other ball game, has a life size cut out figure (2) mounted on servo driven supports to move the figure over the goal mouth. Two cameras (6) are positioned to cover the goal mouth and follow the trajectory of incoming balls enabling a control system to move the goal keeper to block the balls. The cameras are part of a 3D imaging system and can be fitted with lights. The goal keeper is made of lightweight aluminum sandwich and can carry promotional decoration, e.g. team colors.
