The demonstrator has an image (3) on a front side of a card (1), and an optical active unit (2) responding on an ultraviolet light (4) with color variation. The image represents eyes, where the optical active unit lies in an area of a whitening sclera of the eyes and the sclera is viewable from outside. Fields for description of successive data types are provided in a rear side of the card (1).
