The pilker e.g. saithe type consists of cylindrical base body (2) of chrome plated-lead alloy (1). The cylindrical body is half bended in longitudinal axis of the cylinder in fourth point of cylindrical axis and form leveled flat surfaces (3) lying opposite to it. During lowering and rising of pilker over the sea base, a rotation of the pilker is executed around a longitudinal axis and causes an impulse effect of the reflexed adhesive film (4).
