There is a telescopic tube for dust collector, which contains outer tube, inner tube with axes direction extension stop bar, at least one stop part combination act with the stop trough of the stop bar, and the stop part is installed inside a guiding-sheathing that is fixed on the outer tube and partly knotting joint the inner tube. The guiding-sheathing is surrounded by a controlling bushing, inside which there is at least one stop part deviation cavity. There is at least one elastic member between the guiding-sheathing and the controlling bushing to insure stop position and the elastic membersupplies returning force at not less than axes direction, and the elastic member knots on the outer tube in helical form. The auger-type elastic member will generate homogeneous varying force when its shape changes, and it can rebound quickly after compressing or drafting, this guarantees the controlling bushing return to the stop position quickly and exactly, also this can prevent the elastic member from incapable of restoring after distortion and lose elasticity. Thereby the elastic member life can be prolonged, and users can use this telescopic tube in long run and safely.
