Swim glassess (1) have a left frame (50) and right frame (51) both made of soft material. Both frames have inner (20), outer (21) and inbetween (22) surfaces connecting inner to outer surfaces. Glass lenses (4) are held between the inner and outer surfaces of the left and right frames. The glasses have a ridge part (52) between left frame and right frame. They have hard holding frames (3) which are clamped tight onto the left and right frames and clip band elements (6) which are located on the sides of the hard frames facing outwards.
