The rotor has recesses (23) with openings (231), two inner walls (241) and magnets (3), where each magnet has a plugging insert (31) whose height is larger than depth of the recess so that front sides of the magnets lie on an armature stamping (21). Each magnet has two side parts (32, 34) running to both sides, and front surfaces of the plugging inserts of the side parts form an elbow surface. An air gap (33) is formed between the side parts of adjacent magnets.
