The test set has two temporary thermometers located on surfaces of glazings (1, 2) to measure the temperature in direct proximity of windowpane surfaces. The thermometers also measure temperature at the exterior of the glazing with the thermometers having a thermometric scale (9), visible on the inside of the glazing. The interior side of the scale (16) provides the temperature at the inside of the window so that the temperature scale of the thermometers (3, 4) is visible at the same time allowing a direct comparison of the measured values and the heat insulating efficiency of the glazing.
