Snow board has a front and rear protective mechanism which consist of snowboard main body and pair of shock proof backing boards (3) which are mounted on the front and rear protective mechanism of main body. The backing board is made of a material with high structural strength and high hardness. The snowboard main body forms a front installation point and rear installation point at its respective front and rear ends. An outer part of snowboard main body extends from the front installation point and the backing board is mounted on rear installation point and wherein an outer part of snowboard main body extends from the rear installation point.
