The hand-shower for spraying shower water mineralized with spherical mineral stones or spherical bath salts (3), comprises a holder functioning as a handle (11) and as a container for the mineral stones or the bath salt, and a shower head water filter (14) inserted into the handle. The showerhead water filter is inserted correctly and firmly into the handle in order to filter the mineral stone or the bath salt from through-flow shower water. A hose water filter is arranged firmly at the end of the handle coaxial to the axis of the handle. The hand-shower for spraying shower water mineralized with spherical mineral stones or spherical bath salts (3), comprises a holder functioning as a handle (11) and as a container for the mineral stones or the bath salt, and a shower head water filter (14) inserted into the handle. The showerhead water filter is inserted correctly and firmly into the handle in order to filter the mineral stone or the bath salt from through-flow shower water. A hose water filter is arranged firmly at the end of the handle coaxial to the axis of the handle, in order to avoid the back flow of the stone or the salt into the attached water hose. A groove is formed at the inner wall of the handle between the water passage area (16) and the container area (17). The difference between the circular cross section profile of the water passage area, whose inner diameter is same as the outer diameter of the hexagonal cross section profile of the external wall of the shower head filter, and the hexagonal cross section profile area, whose outer diameter is same as the outer diameter of the hexagonal cross section profile of the external wall of shower head filter, forms the upper edge of the groove, so that the shifting of the shower head filter upstream into the water passage area of the shower head filter is avoided. The hose water filter, whose position is fixed with its appropriate form of the handle and the hose fitting, avoids the mineral stone or the bath salt flow into the attached water hose and serves as a seal between the handle and the hose fitting on account of its material characteristic. A flange functioning as the lower edge of the groove, is built in an appropriate position to avoid the shifting of the showerhead filter downstream back into the container area. The screwable hose fitting is sealably arranged to the handle for the re-filling of the mineral stone or the bath salt into the container area. The hexagonally-shaped cross section profile of the hose fitting ensures the easy removal of the hose fitting with the help of a standard device, without damaging the screw thread. The hose water filter with the characteristic of soft rubber, appropriate size and circular form, functions as a seal between the handle and the hose fitting. All parts of the shower are manufactured from transparent material, in order to control the usage level of the mineral stone or bath salt filled in the water passage housing. Within the shower head area, a tubular fixing element is intended appropriately coaxial to the circular water-dispensing plate, so that the connecting surface between the holder and the shower head increases many times. The water-dispensing plate is sealably connected with a shaped flange on a sleeve arranged on the shower head with the help of a screw.
