Device (1) has a primary winding (12) of the heat exchanger (10) streaming through a heat transport medium (14), condensing under heat dissipation. The heat transport medium releases and thereby evaporates heat from a heat source (21) with less temperature as warm side of the boiler (2). A compressor (23) is arranged downstream to the heat source and the compressor brings the medium at a temperature, which lies over the warm side (7) of the boiler. Device has compressor with its flow rate getting governed by a controlling device (29), which is influenced by the temperature of the heat transport medium between the outlet of the compressor and the outlet pipe of the heat exchanger or the fluid (3) of the heat exchanger or boiler.
