The system has a tapering mast (1) including a Y-arm (2) acting as a supporting stand for a continuous light-band (3) with standardized system components for signage (9), monitoring cameras (6), information boards (5), dust bins and seats (8), where the height of the mast is variable. Cables and lines are internally led through slots and covered access openings.
