The system has conventional and cryogen cooling units. The cryogen cooling unit is connected automatically over a temperature sensor, when a predefined temperature exceeds. Vaporizer units (2,3) of both the cooling units are mounted to a common heat exchanger (1), such that a defrosting device of the conventional cooling unit defrosts also the vaporizer unit of the cryogen cooling unit.
