The device (1) has a microphone (18) mounted in loudspeakers (19, 20) to measure an acoustic pressure of the individual loudspeakers, where a loud speaker operating analog signal is compared with a detected, radiated signal. A data bus (16) combines the digital sound signal and data of all the functions such as observation of background noise level, control of volumes, tone pitches and depth adjustments of the loudspeakers. A power supply (5) is provided for supplying power to an electro acoustic emergency warning system, in case of power failure.
