The coating has an anti-friction paint layer which is applied on a telescopic crane part substrate (4) and is made in a compressed and sliding manner by the storage of nano particles. The substrate is made up of fine grained steel such as grounded fine grained steel, and the nano particles are continuously accumulated as an additive on and/or below a surface (1) in an additive layer (2) of the paint layer, and the additive is used on a siloxane base.
