The unit (1) has four frame units (2) that are connected to a base frame. A base plate is connected with the base frame. A flexible sound-permeable planar textile material (4) has a profile strip such as silicone stripe, where the frame units have a groove at an outer side, in which the textile material is partially utilizable by the profile stripe. An area between the base plate and the utilized textile material is filled with sound absorbing material. The groove and/or the profile stripe has a locking unit, where the base plate is gypsum fiber, fixing plate and gypsum cardboard plate. An independent claim is also included for a frame for a wall unit.
