The portion (1) has a ring-shaped neck (3) surrounding a neck opening (4) and a collar (2) formed from the neck opening. An eyelet is formed for bordering a free end of the neck in the direction to a lower side of the collar for interlocking. The collar has projections with a pressure surface at the free end pointing in a longitudinal direction of the neck. A bordered free end surface of the neck operates by the insertion of a material sheet against the pressure surface of the projections. The projections are arranged in a circular path.
