Blind for ceiling plate shapes the plate (1) into a part for a hanging light in addition to its purely technical function. It is mounted onto the bottom of the shade using an adaptor (2). Its upper disc (3) has a central hole in which to mount the adaptor. Its middle disc (4) can be changed without using tools and without taking off the connection cable. It has a slit which enables the panel to be removed or put in along it. Its bottom disc (5) has a central hole to put the adaptor made of transparent material.
