The plug (20) has a base body (10), and an end piece (11) connected with the base body for insertion into an ear channel. The ear channel is selectively and actively temperable by the ear plug. A resistance heater is integrated in the base body and/or in the end piece. Electrodes are provided in the end piece and stood in contact with the ear channel. The end piece is directly contacted with an inner ear channel. An independent claim is also included for a system consisting of an ear plug and an energy supply unit.
