The rafters (14) are anchored on the flat concrete roof (10) through eaves (24) which each have a foot section supported on the inner shell (12) of an external wall. The inner shell supports the concrete roof and a lower part of a supporting section connected to the foot section is cast in the concrete. A bearing section attached to the other end of the supporting section supports a shoulder area of the rafter which extends across the longitudinal axis of same. Independent claim describes rafter eaves with a bearing plate having a side arm (36) perpendicular to the bearing plate and provided with fixing hole. Independent claim describes assembly aid with L-shaped arm with a first fixing plate on one web and a second fixing plate attached to the second web through an adjuster.
