The exchanger has a tube-like line (10) whose section directs a fluid downwards from a connector, and whose another section directs the fluid upwards to another connector. One of the sections of the tube-like line runs over a part of its length in helical coils. The tube-like line is composed of a plastically deformable material which allows a variable and manually adjustable displacement of a distance of the helical coils in an axial direction from each other. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for producing ground heat by heat exchange.
