The solar plant has a solar module (2), with which solar energy is absorbed. The solar module, a frame (3) and a retaining plate (4) are fastened and/or locked to one another with a fastening screw (5). The screw has a tool engagement part, at which an assembly tool is brought into engagement in a force-transmission manner. A preset breaking point (9) is provided between a fastening part and the engagement part such that the breaking point breaks up during excess of a maximum load and the engagement part is separated from the fastening part. An independent claim is also included for a fastening unit comprising a fastening part.
