The connector has an opening for accommodating a high current contact socket e.g. radial socket, or a high current contact pin (20). The contact socket or the contact pin has a plug-rotatable-connection-unit (13) e.g. Bayonet socket, which is connected with the high current contact socket or the high current contact pin in a fixed manner and arranged at a partition wall (2). The plug-rotatable-connection-unit is formed as a single piece with the high current contact socket or with the high current contact pin, and has a protection (14) that is formed complementary to the opening.
