Power supply line consists of a base plate (11) provided on a bush (111), in which the spring element (14) as well as first and second bearing (15,16) are accommodated, which do not stay in contact with each other. The spring element is laid on the first bearing. The supply line consists of a stator laid around the bush and has a first circuit board (18). The line has a blade wheel (19), a wheel hub (191) and has several blades (192) around the wheel hub. A wheel axle is provided in the wheel hub, which is guided by the spring element as well as the first and second bearing. A blade is fixed to the second circuit board (21).
