Construction of waterproof floodgate is formed from an insulating layer, of iron parts, an inflatable internal housing, a nozzle, and locking elements, of locking screw. A canvas material is provided with several screw holes and thus can be fastened with fixing bolts to a wall by screwing. Insulating layer is provided with inflatable internal housing. A non-filled intermediate space is also filled after the complete inflation of the inner housing, in order to execute the embodiment water proof. A side of the shroud layer for replacing the inflatable interior housing with fuse elements is provided to save the resources.
