In a seminar or similar event small cards to be attached to a board are used for collecting ideas. Larger spaces are created by attaching a sheet to the board and cards are stuck or pinned to the sheets. The new design of a board is coated with a material suitable for attaching items with magnetic elements. The holes disappear after pins have been used. It can be directly written on the surface, which is additionally treated in order to be fire proof. The board can be differently coated at its front and rear surface.
